How long does a typical project take?+
Most Starter projects ship in 4 weeks. Studio engagements run 6–10 weeks depending on scope. Retainers are ongoing — most clients stay 12+ months.
How does payment work?+
Fixed-fee projects: 50% on signing, 50% on launch. Retainers: monthly, in advance. We accept ACH, wire, or major credit cards.
Do you work with startups?+
Yes — most of our clients are between Seed and Series B. We'll be honest about what fits your stage and budget.
Can you work with our in-house team?+
Always. We work alongside in-house designers, marketers, and engineers all the time. We can lead, support, or just review — whatever fits.
What if I need to pause or cancel?+
Retainers can be paused or cancelled at any time with 14 days notice. For fixed-fee work, you only pay for what we have shipped.
Where are you based?+
Distributed across three time zones. Most clients meet us on Zoom, but we travel for kick-off and launch when it makes sense.
